Happy Sunday evening! We are very quickly getting into cooler temperatures here in Nashville and I am beginning to think about fashion trends for this winter. I love looking at the different fashion trends that come up with each new season. I love seeing how I can style them as my own and incorporate them into my wardrobe. Two fashion trends that I am loving right now as we go into winter are fun colored shackets and tulle dresses.
Fun colored shackets are becoming very popular right now. A shacket is a combination of a shirt and a jacket. It is thinner than a jacket , yet thicker than a shirt. I love that colored ones are becoming popular because I think it adds fun and brightness to a season where people aren’t normally wearing those kinds of colors. I like that shackets are easy to layer clothes with. I love pairing them with a light sweater or long sleeve shirt underneath with skinny jeans and some type of boots. This pink and white one that I am wearing in the picture above is from H & M.
I have also found some other cute fun colored shackets I have my eye on for you all. Some other ones that would be perfect for this season are this pink and orange one, this blue one, this green one, and this purple one. All of these would be so fun to style this winter!
Tulle material dresses are becoming all the rage in fashion trends right now. I am so here for this trend. I think these dresses are so fun and make such a statement if you have a fun event to go to this winter. This one is from a boutique called Hale House. It is the perfect hot pink that will wow any crowd. I paired it with a white furry jacket and rhinestone short boots. I loved the look of pairing the tulle with fur and rhinestones. I thought this made the look come together and add to the funkiness and uniqueness of it. Playing off the different materials takes the outfit to the next level and the fur pulls in more of the winter vibe. You could get a tulle dress in a color like black if you would rather have it more neutral.
I have also pulled together some other tulle dresses that I am loving right now for you all. These other tulle dresses that you all may like are blue one, this black one, and this red one. Any of these would be so fun to style this winter and would be perfect for any holiday parties you have coming up!
