Need a cute outfit for fall that will be easy to recreate? I’ve got you covered with the perfect solution in today’s post! We are in the thick of all the fall weather, fall festivities, and all things fall fashion in Nashville. With Halloween officially being a week away, this is the perfect time to optimize all the fall fashion trends and incorporate them into your wardrobe. I will be covering an outfit today that will be extremely easy to recreate and will allow you to show up in style in the latest fall fashion trends. You most likely can recreate this look with items already in your closet, but I will also link my outfit pieces at the end of this post if you want to check them out and recreate my exact look.

Here in Nashville, the weather is just now starting to transition into cool fall temps. We still have many days that start off cool and end with a warm afternoon, so I wanted to keep that in mind with my outfit. Having a mix of clothing combinations, such as short sleeves and long pants or long sleeves and shorts, allows you to still dress appropriately for the season while still being comfortable in the slowly cooling temperatures.

For example, with this outfit I am wearing a short sleeve leather top and long pants. Leather is a very popular fall clothing material and very trendy right now. Incorporating leather into your fall outfit is a great way to stay in style. In addition, it is a very comfortable material. I am wearing black leather in this outfit, but don’t be afraid to branch out and try a colorful leather as this is very trendy right now as well. You can try a colored leather skirt and neutral sweater, a colored leather shoe and neutral outfit, a neutral outfit with a colored leather jacket, and so much more. The possibilities are endless!

For the long pants in this outfit, I chose jeans. I love the jean and leather combination and think they balance textures off each other very well. I paired the black leather shirt with a lighter jean color to create some contrast. Another thing I love about these jeans is the slit at the bottom which allows you to show off your shoes more. These jeans are high waisted which are very trendy and my personal favorite kind of jean.

I completed my look by adding a fun pair of leopard print boots. I love incorporating a fun pattern or pop of color into a smaller part of a more simple outfit. This draws attention and allows you to have a little fun with your styling. Instead of a pattern, you could easily do a fun pop of color or keep it neutral and do a pair of black boots if that is more your style.

Now for the most important part, my outfit details! My leather shirt can be found here. It is from  Evereve and it is called the Faux It Up Top. Evereve is the perfect place to find fashion basics for every season that will last you for years to come. My jeans can be found here. They are from Abercrombie & Fitch and are called the Curve Love Ultra High Rise 90s Straight Jean. Abercrombie & Fitch is my absolute favorite place to buy jeans. They are made to last, fit perfectly, and are an affordable alternative to designer brand name jeans. My exact leopard print boots are from Sam Edelman, but are unfortunately no longer available. However, I did find some AmazonKohl’s, Target, and Zappos alternatives that will still do the trick and achieve the same look.

I hope you all found this a helpful resource as you go on to plan your fall outfits. Leave a comment and tell me if you recreate this look and I would love to hear how you liked it. You know how I love animal print. I would love a leather top in animal print to match the booties. Keep up the good work. I love this blog.
